The annual Customs Broker permit user fee due date for the 2022 calendar year has been set for January 31, 2022. The National and District Customs Broker Permit User Fee payment is not yet programmed in an automated system and therefore must be collected at the port in each broker district the licensed Customs Broker was issued a permit to conduct customs business.
The fee for the 2022 calendar year is $153.19 and is due to the port no later than January 31, 2022. Failure to make the payment deadline can result in permit revocation.
