CSMS #50352454 - ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance, Saturday December 11, 2021, 10:00pm to 4:00am Sunday, December 12, 2021, for ACE maintenance and the following ACE Deployment items

The following fixes will be deployed to Production related to Partner Government Agencies, on December 11, 2021, during the ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance window:

1. Environmental Protection Agency:

a. Deploy code to generate hold intact instead of under review for PS1, PS2 and PS3 data submissions

2. US Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Lacey Act:

a. Deploy code related to Lacey PG05 validations. See CSMS #50102115

3. USDA, Agriculture Marketing Service, Organics (OR) Program

a. Updated code to not require a 'Y' in position 17 in the PG01 record for Organics

4. CA transaction:

a. For CA transactions, if the Planned Port of Entry is not present on the underlying SE, generate a PBR (PORT OF ENTRY REQD IF PGA DATA PROVIDED) error.
