Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2113 was created on November 23, 2021 and contains 2552 ABI records and 619 Harmonized Tariff Records.

On June 25, 2019, a CBP Ruling requires a change in reporting of watch groupings. This change allows the transmission of the country of origin per line of the watch groupings.

Additionally, under the direction of the USTR, four 301 China exclusions on medical-care and/or COVID response products (9903.88.62, 9903.88.63, 9903.88.64 and 9903.88.65) have been extended for an additional 16-days. The new expiration date for use of these exclusions is 11/30/2021. 9903.88.66 was extended for an additional 6 months. The new expiration date for use of this exclusions is 05/31/2022.
