CSMS #49230585 - Interim Procedure for Issue with Uploading Broker Employee List

Please be advised that the deployment to fix the issue with the Broker employee upload function in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), which was scheduled for the weekend of August 27, 2021, was postponed until further notice due to technical issues.

Brokers should revert to the paper reporting method to report new and terminated employee information required in 19 CFR 111.28(b) until the ACE employee list upload fix has been deployed. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will issue additional messaging via CSMS once the fix is complete.
