CSMS #49065924 - Drawback Transition to the Centers of Excellence and Expertise (Minor Revision)
Effective August 15, 2021, the drawback program and Drawback Specialists will transition from the Ports of Entry to the Centers of Excellence and Expertise (Center). The four drawback offices will be managed out of five Centers and each Center will manage two industries.

The New York office staff will be managed by the Pharmaceuticals, Health & Chemicals Center and the Automotive & Aerospace Center.
There are no changes to the processing of claims, transmission of claims, and submission of ruling and privilege application requests.
