CSMS #48408967 - UPDATE: ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance, Saturday June 5, 2021 at 10pm to 4am ET Sunday, June 6, 2021
In addition to the e214 Admissions deployment items announced in CSMS# 48406822
the following ACE Import Manifest Deployment will take place :
• Truck Manifest:
Fixed: When the trade updated a shipment control number on a truck entry, the prior shipment number remained attached to the trip. This caused a discrepancy to display to the CBP officer viewing the Shipments list related to the trip.
• Air Manifest:
Ticket# 13449192: Fixed issues with Air EDI FSN (ASN3) for Master In-bond arrival not always automatically arriving House In-bonds of type 63 (immediate exports)
• QP In-bonds:
Truck QP Long in-bond message specifying an Air carrier code caused an Air Manifest record to get created in the system. When Air Manifest message transmissions came in with the same Air carrier code and flight, the Air bills rejected with error "199CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION". -- To prevent QP Long messages for the Truck mode of transportation (MOT 30) from creating an Air manifest record, either a Truck carrier code or a FIRMS carrier code will be allowed on the QP message. (A FIRMS carrier code is accepted when the FTZ Indicator = ‘Y’.) Otherwise, a non-Truck/FIRMS carrier code will reject with error "009 INVALID CARRIER CODE".
e214 Admissions (as announced previously in CSMS# 48406822)
- Updated code to reject if the admission is missing a reference qualifier MID. There must be an FT60 record reported with the reference qualifier of MID for each FT50 record. If not, error 184 INVALID REFERENCE QUALIFIER will be thrown.
- Errors 144 BILL NOT PART OF THIS ADMISSION and 107 BILL OF LADING NOT ON FILE, will now be generated when Split BOL FZ11 record does not have Air values: SCAC, Flight# and EDA.
