CSMS #48395804 - Updated ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary on CBP.GOV

The ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary has been updated under the Supporting Documents tab on cbp.gov. Updates include:

Two new conditions for the Aluminum license roll-out;
One new condition for the Manifest number special character validation; and
Description for three existing conditions to correctly identify the FTZ number's position in the AE transaction.
