CSMS #47863183 - UPDATE Harmonized System Updates (HSU) 2103, 2104 and 2105

The purpose of this message is to clarify the HSU 2103 and 2104 updates and notify of the latest HSU 2105 update.

Background:

On Monday, March 29, 2021 HSU 2013 was created and included the Aluminum Import License (AIM) updates. Later that same day at the request of the Department of Commerce the AIM license updates were delayed until June 28, 2021 resulting in a new HSU update 2104. Due to HSU 2103 and 2104 being performed on the same day the changes were only captured in HSU 2103. There were no records updated in HSU 2104 so it will show all zeros and HSU 2103 was updated to exclude the AIM updates.

The latest Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2105 was created on May 19, 2021 and contains 414 ABI records and 83 harmonized tariff records.
