CSMS #47058324 - Reminder: Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) ID Format Expansion Deployment Date is April 24, 2021

The Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) ID Format Expansion will be deployed to the Production on April 24, 2021. The change includes the Entry Summary Create/Update transaction accepting an expanded 9- character FTZ ID format. The existing 5- and 7- character length formats are still supported until further notice. Further information on this change can be found in the following CSMS: 45244014 and 46952063.

ACE Entry Summary Create/Update CATAIR, v71, which includes the FTZ Format Change, is posted to CBP.gov in the Chapters: Drafts for Future Capabilities tab. Upon deployment of this functionality, the CATAIR will be posted under the Chapters tab.
