UPDATE TO CSMS 4697911 –

The CBP Network engineering migration that was scheduled on Thursday, April 15 and Thursday April 22, will now occur on one night only - Saturday April 17, 2021 during the ACE maintenance window between 10pm and 5am ET

During that time, an outage of up to 30 minutes may occur distributed across the maintenance window, which could delay the overall Cargo Release flow, including PGA processing time and responses to trade. Please do not resubmit the entry but instead wait for the short delay to pass.
