CSMS #46930343 - Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Collections Release 3 Deferred Tax CERT Environment Open

CBP is preparing for the upcoming release of ACE Collections Release 3 – Deferred Tax on May 1, 2021.

The CERT environment is now open for members of the Trade to begin testing the new Deferred Tax process. Trade should submit consumption entries with Deferred Tax and a cargo release in order to be populated on to the new consolidated Deferred Tax bill. In addition, Trade can submit warehouse withdraws with no cargo release and these will be populated on a consolidated Deferred Tax bill.

The process of submitting entries with Deferred Tax remains unchanged.
