CSMS #46809794 - Air Manifest Type 86 Backlog

CBP is aware of the backlog specifically pertaining to notifications and responses to air carriers, relating to Air Manifest Type 86 ABI entries. While the underlying issue/cause from yesterday has been resolved, we are experiencing significant delays as we process yesterday’s backlog. Also, new filings coming in today will also be delayed. These delays may last into tomorrow. CBP cautions filers not to retransmit or update these filings as we work to clear the backlog.
