CSMS #46670209 - ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance, Sat. March 20, 2021@ 10pm to 4am ET Sun. March 21

There will be ACE PRODUCTION regularly-scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, March 20, 2021 from 10:00pm ET to 4:00am ET Sunday, March 21, 2021 for ACE Infrastructure maintenance and the following ACE Deployments:

PGA/ITDS

• FWS bug: fixed to require a PG19 record be present with an Entity Role Code at positions 5-7, for each of the following entities: FWI, FWE

ACE Secure Data Portal

• Addition of a CEE (Centers of Excellence and Expertise) Phone Directory into the ACE Portal. The icon is located to the left of the ACE Reports icon in the upper right-hand corner of the ACE user interface (UI).

ACE Import Manifest

Import Ocean Manifest – EDI message processing
• Fixed: Permit-to-Transfer (PTT) 356/TI message - Missing Notifications to Service Center transmitters.
• Fixed: Subsequent in-bond arrival requests via a broker’s CATAIR WP message rejected with error “181 PREV INBOND MOVE MUST BE ARRIVED”

• Fixed: Manifest Amendment (AI) message submissions getting Container Mismatch errors and issues with some bills of lading not being found in downstream processes beyond Manifest.

Import Truck Manifest – EDI message processing
• New date validation for EDI 353/CUSREP (Events Advisory) message where in-bond export date is prior to arrival date. Error will be “166 EXPRT DATE BEFORE ARR DATE”. Reference CSMS #46466498 - New In-bond Export Date validation in ACE Truck Manifest EDI message
• ACE Truck 353/CUSREP message for the “Arrive an In-bond” action fails to process when one or more shipments contain an error, when multiple shipment numbers are provided in the message.
