CSMS #46642660 - RESOLVED: PSCs with AD/CVD data receiving ACE System Failure Response

The issue with Post Summary Correction (PSC) ACE transmissions. When a PSC filed on a summary with AD or CVD case information and the Entry Type is not 23 (TIB) and the Liquidation Status is not Extended is returning an ACE System Failure (ASF) has been Resolved. A resubmission for previous ASFs is not required as the AEs did process even though they received the ASF.
