On March 18, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will disable the current ACE Availability Dashboard to make room for an improved dashboard that provides real-time monitoring of the status and availability of Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) applications. Tentatively scheduled for release in July 2021, the revamped ACE Availability Dashboard will provide the trade community with faster and expanded information on system applications. Some key features of the new dashboard will include:
• More timely and accurate ACE application status data
• System maintenance event scheduling and details
• Historical system availability information
• Access to the CBP Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) feed, including current messages on availability and maintenance
• A new feedback tool for reporting system issues
Development of the upgraded dashboard has been a collaborative effort between CBP and the trade community, who have provided valuable input and insight to guide the development effort. Additional information, including the new access link, will be provided as CBP approaches the release date of the enhanced ACE Availability Dashboard.
