CSMS #46562946 - RESOLVED: ACE Import Ocean and Rail Manifest Message Delays

The delays in CBP ACE sending out status notification messages to the Trade for Import Ocean and Rail Manifests were RESOLVED by 6:45pm ET. All manifest message backlogs have been cleared and normal processing has resumed.
