CSMS #46530205 - The draft ACE CATAIR PGA Message Set was updated

An update was made to the draft ACE CATAIR PGA Message Set. For APHIS Lacey, in the PG06 record, for the Country Code data element, the XO code has changed to XZ. This XZ code change is now available in CERT.

As a reminder, the other recent changes to the draft PGA Message Set CATAIR are also in CERT. All changes are expected to be deployed to production on March 20, 2021.
