Due to a PSPD PQS (Primary Query Service) maintenance window starting tomorrow morning, Thursday, 3/5/2021 at 03:30AM EST and ending at 4:00AM EST, during this time CBP Officers in Primary truck lanes will receive "TECS did not respond" messages upon processing a truck manifest. Please use backup procedures for primary processing during this window.
