CSMS #46390264 - Resolved--Technical Issue with Entry Summary Status Query for Protest Status

Please be advised that the issue with the Entry Summary Status Query for Protests (JC/JD query) in the Production environment (PROD) has been resolved. The issue was that filers received a blank space instead of a Protest Status code of “YS” or “NO” when attempting to query the status of the protest for an entry summary. Filers may resubmit queries accordingly. For further information, please send an email to the Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) Division at ESAR@cbp.dhs.gov.
