CSMS #46359287 - Technical Issue with Entry Summary Status Query for Protest Status

Please be advised that CBP is aware of an issue with the Entry Summary Status Query for Protests (JC/JD query) in the Production environment (PROD). The issue is that users receive a blank space instead of a Protest Status code of “YS” or “NO” when attempting to query the status of the protest. A follow-up CSMS message will be issued once a technical solution has been implemented. For further information, please send an email to the Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) Division at ESAR@cbp.dhs.gov.
