On March 13, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will complete changes to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for Drawback processing as part of the implementation of the United States – Mexico – Canada Agreement (USMCA). This enhancement will further align Drawback processing with the USMCA’s requirements.
