CAMS #46298668 - ACE Roles to Edit and Reactivate Importers

Entry Specialists, CBP Technicians, and other CBP Personnel involved with inputting or overseeing CBP Form 5106 requests need to request the “ACE Importer Account Administrator” role in the Entitlement System (Entitlements), available at https://ventitle.cbp.dhs.gov/.

These users may already have the “ACE Importer Account Specialist” role, but its editing capability is limited. The “ACE Importer Account Administrator” is the only role that allows CBP personnel to bypass the system’s address validations (and reactivate importers).

Note: The un-voiding of an importer should only be conducted by the Office of Finance, Revenue Division Bond Team. Requests to be un-voided should be directed to bondquestions@cbp.dhs.gov.
