The extensions and modifications will take effect on January 1, 2021, and will extend through March 31, 2021. Further, changes were mandated by the United States Trade Representative’s (USTR). USTR is revising its Section 301 EU LCA action, imposing additional duties on certain products of France and Germany. The revised list will take effect on January 12, 2021.
