CSMS #45445419 - REMINDER: Information on ACE Deployment of AD/CVD Flags for EAPA Evasion and Injunctions

Reminder: On January 16, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy AD/CVD Flags for EAPA Evasion and Injunctions to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This enhancement will provide trade users with two new suspension/extension codes that indicate whether an Entry Summary is subject to EAPA investigation or a court injunction.
