CSMS #45406026 - CBP Network Change starting 11pm 1/28/2021 that will Impact some MQ users

Be advised that starting at 11pm on 1/28, a network change will start. This will affect any MQ filers connecting thru a LAN to LAN (L2L) network connection - both MQServer and MQClient. There will be additional work done on 1/26 at 11PM EST and on 1/27 at 11PM EST. Minor impact is expected on 1/26 and 1/27.

If Trade network issues are experienced, a "Network Tunnel Crypto reset" should be issued via the following commands before calling CBP Support:

Cisco routers

clear crypto session remote 216.81.82.123

Cisco 3000 series concentrators

Via GUI

Administration -> Administer Sessions -> find the session to 216.81.82.123 and click log out
