CSMS #45308166 - The PGA Flag Enforcement Table has been Updated

The PGA Flag Enforcement table has been updated. A note was added regarding guidance on submission of PGA data for expedited release programs.

As a reminder, for an AE (not certified) expedited release entry summary, the only PGA who is expecting data is NHTSA. Other than for NHTSA, these entry summaries should not include PGA data. If cargo is regulated by other PGAs, trade must file an ACE Cargo Release (SE) or ACE Entry Summary Certified for ACE Cargo Release (AE Certified).
