#45232711 - Resubmit Entry Summaries that received ACE System failure between 6:34 pm to 7:41 pm

CBP was notified that some trade partners received ACE System failures between 6:34 pm EST and 7:41 pm EST.

CBP technical team confirmed that Entry summaries are processing successfully at this time and checking on the root cause for the failures during that timeframe.

Trade partners are requested to resubmit their Entry Summary messages (AE's) if they received an ACE System failure during that timeframe. Please call CBP helpdesk if they continue to have issues.
