CSMS #44905385 - Drawback: Duplicate Privilege Approval Policy Update

Drawback offices will no longer approve privileges for multiple suffixes associated with a single claimant identification number. For an undecided privilege application that includes such a request, the filer will work directly with the processing drawback office to perfect the application as applicable.

Claimants currently approved for privileges under multiple suffixes may continue to invoke such privileges on current and future claims provided all other regulatory requirements are met.
