CSMS #44878375 - UPDATE: Programming update for certain CBMA HTS codes.

The minimum excise tax rates for the below Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) records have been adjusted in relation to the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Act (CBMA).

Pursuant to CSMS 44878076, importers and brokers are reminded of their responsibility to file the correct excise tax rate and ensure compliance with the CBMA.
