CSMS #44840710 - Upcoming implementation dates in ACE CERT and PROD, for enforcing the mandatory submission of the APHIS Core Message Set

The APHIS Core message set will be enforced in ACE Production with a reject severity, on January 25, 2021. The change will be made by 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time. It will be enforced in the ACE Certification environment on Monday, December 7, 2020 by 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time.

Starting on those dates (and times), in the respective environments, filers will have to submit an APHIS Core message set on their entry for tariffs that are flagged for APHIS Core requirement. This applies to ACE Entry summary for Cargo Release (AE), ACE Cargo Release (SE), and PGA Correction (CA) transactions.
