CSMS #44743727 - FDA Section 804 Port Limitation

On November 5, 2020, CSMS #44710394 issued to announce the deployment of changes for FDA’s Section 804 Drug Importation Program in the CERT environment. These entries are limited to ports authorized by FDA. Currently the only authorized port is 3801 (Detroit). If Government Agency Processing Code 804 is transmitted with a different port of entry in the SE10 record, it will be rejected. An updated version of FDA’s Supplemental Guide will be posted for this requirement in the near future.
