CSMS #44316331 - UPDATED: ACE Cargo Release Status Notification Message Delays

There is currently a delay in CBP sending status messages to the trade community due to scheduled software updates in Cargo Release CERT environments. The status messages will resume normal operations once the updates are complete. A follow-up message will be issued once normal operation is resumed.
