CSMS #43584101 - Issues with ACE FAST Truck Manifest response messages to Trade

There has been an issue in CBP sending out FAST Truck Manifest response (FAST CUSRES) messages as of 10:22pm ET yesterday, August 5th, evening specifically to two participants' systems -- General Motors and Fiat-Chrysler. CBP technicians have found the cause and are pushing out the response messages now.
