CSMS #43103049 - RESOLVED: ACE Import Manifest EDI Message Processing Delays

The ACE Import Manifest system delays in processing EDI messages for Manifest and In-bond transactions have been RESOLVED. Message backlogs have been cleared and normal processing has resumed.
