The updated Cargo Release Condition Codes document is now available on CBP.gov at the following location:

The following rules have been added to the document:

April 1st Deployment: * Related CSMS #41798101

Rule 223 – ALL BILLS MUST BE ON THE SAME CONVEYANCE

April 23rd Deployment:

Rule 246 – FTZ WITHDRWL NOT ALLOWED FOR ENT TYPE
Rule 247 – CH 98 HTS NOT ALLOWED FOR ENT TYP 86
Rule 248 – ADDITIONAL CH 1-97 HTS CODE REQUIRED
Rule 249 – ONLY CH 1-97 HTS CODES ALLOWED
