CSMS #40928052 - Updated ACE Cargo Release Condition Codes Now Available on CBP.gov

The updated ACE Cargo Release Condition Codes document is available on CBP.gov and can be found at https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/cargo-release-error-codes.

The following rules are effective on 12/19/2019:

Rule 136 - IMPORTER NUM MISMATCH WITH BOND SYS DATA
Rule 245 – LINE SUBJ TO QUOTA. WKLY IND NOT ALLOWED

*Please note that goods subject to quota are not eligible as entry type 06 with weekly indicator. This will be rejected and this validation will be received.
