Please be advised that CBP is still investigating the ACE Portal slow response issue. We have contacted some trade users and had them back out Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 security patch KB2585542. This action returned these users to normal processing.
Upon completion of our investigation, we will provide an additional update.
