Trade Policy Updates
On April 5, 2019 penalties for each violation of the Passenger Vessel Services Act were increased according to the Inflation Adjustment Act from $778 to $798. All PVSA violations must be assessed at $798 per violation. Questions regarding PVSA questions should be directed to Mr. Joseph O'Donnell at joseph.r.odonnell@cbp.dhs.gov or 202-344-1691.
