The problem referenced in CSMS: 19-000225 is now resolved for majority of the filers.
Trade partners who submitted messages to CBP during this issue and did not get responses back are requested to resubmit their messages back to CBP.
Please call CBP Helpdesk if you continue to experience issues submitting messages and getting responses from CBP.
CBP Technicians are continuing to monitor the application and resolve any connection issues.
