CBP is aware of delayed responses for the Importer/Bond Query (KI/KR). This delayed response time is a result of multiple queries CBP has received from the trade with over 5,000+ individual Importer of Record numbers. The CBP technical team is actively working on a fix to optimize the response time. An updated CSMS will be sent out when the fix is deployed.
