CBP is currently working on PN rejections occurring for those statements that had the PMS print date changed from 12/15/18 to 12/18/18.
Should you receive payment authorization rejections of PN4PN SUBMITTED LATE when submitting a PN transaction please do not resend the transaction until a fix is in place.
A CSMS message will be issued once the PN fix has been completed.
