Please NOTE Change in date for filing claims for retroactive GSP benefits.
Claims for retroactive GSP benefits, on non-ABI entries or entries filed without the SPI A, must be filed by April 18, 2012 (180 days from the date of enactment of the Act), and should be filed at the port where the goods were entered. This is a correction to CSMS#11-000309, which states that the deadline for filing retroactive GSP refund requests is May 3, 2012.
