Trade Policy Updates
FDA has identified an issue impacting response messages to CBP/trade on ACE entries sent between 10/20/2018 and 10/22/2018. The issue is actively being resolved, however, trade may experience delays while the backlog is cleared. FDA expects to resolve the backlog this afternoon (10/22/2018).
Trade may check their entry status in ITACS.
Please do not resubmit entries as this will cause additional delays.
