Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1818 was created on October 22, 2018 and contains 1,544 ABI records and 286 harmonized tariff records.
On December 22, 2017, the President signed into law the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (Public Law 115-97), which mandated modification to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (IRC). Within the legislation, regulations related to alcohol administered by TTB are amended. The ACE HTS has been updated to reflect these Craft Beverage Modernization Act (CBMA) adjustments and the bill can be accessed using the link below:
