The following ACE TRUCK Manifest item is now in the CERTIFICATION environment, to be deployed to PRODUCTION on the weekend, October 13, 2018:

• ANSI X.12 Functional Acknowledgement (997) message ISA segment Timestamp returned an incorrect Midnight hour time of 24##. This is now fixed to show the proper 00##. Example: One minute past midnight will be returned as 0001.
