FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) Planned Maintenance
Due to planned maintenance, FDA ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System) Document Upload functionality will be unavailable from 12:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET Saturday, September 29, 2018. For those with ITACS account access, you will be unable to download Notices of FDA Action pdf documents during that timeframe as well.
If documents must be submitted during this time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm
