Clarification – the Trade Remedy Mailbox address is traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov. Questions related to Section 232 entry filing requirements should be emailed to traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov. Questions from the importing community concerning ACE rejections should be referred to their Client Representative.
