• CAOM-16355: On ACE Portal user access maintenance screen, fix trade user unable to advance to next screen after clicking on Last Name hyperlink.
ACE Entry Summary (ES)

• CES-6515: CUBA ALLOWANCE - Establish New Country Group for Restricted Imports and Corresponding Restricted Countries.
• CES-7723: CUBA ALLOWANCE - Allow Certain Articles from Cuba in ES.
• CES-9161: Handle the new business notification type created for post-liquidation CBP updates.
• CES-8845: Missing 'A' record content for data found in filler on A/B records.
• CES-9174: Allow Code 998 to be specified as Surety Company Code on an STB claim.
• CES-9181: Correct Claim Match Logic on HTS to Grant Duty Free for E*.
• CES-9328: Revert Tax Class 016 Variance back to rule prior to CES-9103.
