This message is a reminder of an upcoming change to flagging abilities in ACE for reconciliations.
With the upcoming deployment of reconciliation capabilities in ACE on February 24, 2018, CBP will no longer offer blanket flagging for underlying entries. Instead, the Trade will have to flag each entry-by-entry manually or configure their software to perform blanket flagging.
