The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) PGA Message Set manual has been updated and posted to CBP.gov. A link to the document may be found below:

There are two changes to the document from the previous version: (1) in Note 27, the language was changed to say "Where tires or glazing are imported, the Entity Number is mandatory". (2) the NHTSA logo on the front page was changed.
